RiverRun International Film Festival to screen Born to Lose, a gritty motorcycle drama starring Dylan Arnold (Halloween franchise, Netflix’s You) and Sarah Pidgeon (FX’s Love Story), from executive producer Matty Matheson (FX’s The Bear) on April 20 at 7:00 p.m. . 
The authentic and fearless coming-of-age story is directed by Toronto-native Joseph Zentil whose first feature packs a punch with stars both in front of and behind the camera, and delivers a raw, character-driven look at fathers, sons, trauma, and choosing one’s own destiny.
Born to Lose is headlined by Arnold (graduate of UNCSA) who plays Andy Logan; Sarah Pidgeon as you've never seen her before, playing Tabitha, a country singer and Andy's love interest; James Le Gros (Drugstore Cowboy) as Jed Duncan, Andy's reluctant mentor; Ambyr Childers (Netflix's You) as Julie Logan, Andy's troubled sister; and Shane Callahan (Dopesick) as Roddy, the local gangster.
Against the backdrop of Paducah, a small town in Western Kentucky, Born to Lose follows Andy Logan (Arnold), a young biker who deals drugs from his chopper because it's all he knows. When his father dies, Andy inherits nothing but debts and bad habits, most urgently a deadly obligation to Roddy, a sadistic strip club owner. Given a month to repay or face lethal consequences, Andy is pulled deeper into a violent world that has already claimed generations of men in his family.
Taken in by Jed Duncan, a no-nonsense veteran with his own ghosts, Andy begins to restore his late father's long-abandoned Panhead motorcycle. As the bike takes shape, so does an unlikely mentorship, forcing Andy to confront what kind of man he is willing to become and setting him on a collision course between the familiar violence of his father's world and the harder work of change, accountability, and love.

Immerse yourself in goo, gunk, and grit to create art and explore science. From water play and oobleck pools to foam parties and foot painting, there will be plenty of ooey, gooey, slimy messes to dive into. Activities will be outside and inside the museum, and we’ll wind up the day with a Rockstar Bubbles Foam Party! Dress for mess and bring a towel and change of clothes.
