Together We Rise: A Community Strength and Empowerment Boxing Clinic with Heather "The Heat" Hardy

Join Family Services of Forsyth County for a free community strength and empowerment clinic led by Heather "The Heat" Hardy, former WBO Women's Featherweight World Champion, 2026 International Women's Boxing Hall of Fame inductee, and advocate for survivors of domestic violence. Participants will experience boxing fundamentals, confidence-building movement, and a shared sense of strength that can only happen when a community shows up together.

The clinic is part of Family Services' One Step Closer campaign to build a new emergency domestic violence shelter for Forsyth County. Free and open to the community.

Wear purple in support of domestic violence awareness. The first 100 attendees receive a free cooling neck towel, and one lucky winner will take home an autographed pair of Heather Hardy boxing gloves — must be present to win.
