ā¢ New D.R. Horton townhomes approved in Arden after agreement with neighbors (citizen-times.com) ā Woodfin gets a mention as D.R. Horton continues buying land across Buncombe County while winning approval for 44 new townhomes in Arden. After pushback from nearby residents over runoff, traffic, and property values, the Buncombe County Board of Adjustment unanimously approved the Christ School Road project with added stormwater and mitigation conditions.
