• Belfield, ND: Rayah Magrum, 16, Reported Missing, Believed to Be Heading to Fargo (theunionstar.com) — A 16-year-old girl has been reported missing from her foster parents' home in Belfield, and authorities believe she may be traveling toward Fargo. She was last seen the night of September 28 and is described in detail, including height, hair, eye color, and distinctive forearm tattoos. Residents are urged to contact the Stark County Sheriff's Office with any information, even small observations.
