• Two free, family-friendly movie nights coming to Legacy Square (thedickinsonpress.com) — Dickinson residents can enjoy two free outdoor movie nights at Legacy Square on Oct. 2 and 3, with streets around the venue closing early Friday for setup. Families are invited to bring chairs and blankets, browse local vendors, and catch "Hocus Pocus" Friday and "How to Train Your Dragon" Saturday, with free popcorn at the second showing. 
• Leaders Same In 11AAA & 11AA Football Polls With Changes Elsewhere (newsdakota.com) — High school football fans in Dickinson will see their team still ranked fifth in the statewide 11AA poll despite a loss last Friday. The latest Associated Press rankings keep Kindred on top, while Devils Lake and Grand Forks Central climb, showing how tight this season's race has become across North Dakota.
