• Former head of Game and Fish pleads guilty to misdemeanor sex crime charge under agreement (inforum.com) — A Mandan resident and former North Dakota Game and Fish director has entered an Alford plea to a misdemeanor sexual assault charge in Morton County court, with prosecutors and defense jointly recommending probation instead of jail. The judge, sitting in Mandan, accepted the plea but ordered a new psychosexual evaluation and risk assessment before deciding on sentencing in about three months.
