Authorities identify 78-year-old Sabin man killed in Clay County crash (am1100theflag.com) — A Clay County crash that killed a 78-year-old Sabin man also involved a 39-year-old driver from West Fargo, identified as Kyle Schlicht. Investigators say Schlicht allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign before the collision, and the sheriff's office is still reviewing the case for possible charges.
