Eligible district residents must submit completed materials by 4 p.m. on August 3, ahead of an August 6 special meeting where the board will choose the new member, who is expected to join the August 10 meeting.

3. 19-year-old Arrested After Shots Fired At Williston Gathering (hot975fm.com) — Williston police arrested a 19-year-old man after an early-morning July 11 shooting at a northwest Williston gathering, where a single handgun round narrowly missed several people.
