Strict income, education, and occupancy rules apply, but city leaders hope to keep funding the program in future years if resources allow.

Akron police, water department crews, and a tow company responded, cordoning off the 500 block while the driver, an Akron resident, safely recovered belongings from the flooded vehicle.
