ā¢ Carnation Festival's photo contest open for entries (the-review.com) ā Alliance residents who love photography can still enter the 2026 Greater Alliance Carnation Festival photo contest through July 31, with cash prizes and a Peopleās Choice award up for grabs. Open to amateurs 13 and older, entries cost $5 and winning images will be professionally printed and displayed at Giant Eagle Plaza in early August.
