• Penn College Players Excited For Softball Regional (solomonswords.net) — Alliance will host an NCAA Division III softball regional this week, with top-seeded Mount Union welcoming Penn College, Christopher Newport, and Lebanon Valley for a double-elimination tournament starting Thursday. Games run through Saturday, with the winner advancing to Super Regionals, and Penn College arriving on a record-setting 33-win season led by standout pitcher Mackenzi Tice.
