Come and learn the technique of icing holiday cupcakes during this two-hour program. Participants will need to bring a $10 fee, at least one dozen standard-sized cupcakes, plus the icing recipe provided by the Avon Branch Library. Learn to color icing. Decorating supplies will be provided. Preregistration is required by calling the Avon Branch Library at 440-934-4743.
