Melt Bar And Grilled Now Open In Avon
Will you be paying a visit to the region's most famous grilled cheese restaurant?

AVON, OH — Melt Bar and Grilled's 10th location, in Avon, opened Aug. 28. The company released a statement on Friday celebrating the site's opening and inviting guests to come out and try the food.
The Avon location, at 35546 Detroit Rd., is one of the franchise's largest restaurants, clocking in at more than 6,000 square feet. The restaurant seats approximately 270 guests.
The restaurant also features a four-season room with garage doors that open onto an outdoor patio. Guests will be able to rent the four-season room for private parties. However, the restaurant is planning on closing in observance of Labor Day on Sept. 4. The company said in a press release that it wants to take the day off as a reward to its staff.
The opening of an Avon location comes hot on the heels of Melt's expansion into Dayton and Cedar Point. The Cedar Point location opened May 26 and the Dayton location opened June 12, according to a statement on Melt's website.

The restaurant chain is also planning on opening an 11th location in Canton in November 2017. That site will be located at Belden Village Mall.
