New businesses open at Secor Square
Secor Square tenants include Dental One, First Watch, Fusian, Great Clips, Orangetheory Fitness, PetPeople, lululemon and Jersey Mike's.
Several new businesses have opened their doors at Secor Square, a new mixed-use retail center in Toledo being developed by S.J. Collins Enterprises, a commercial real estate development firm.
Dental One Partners, First Watch, Fusian, Great Clips, Orangetheory Fitness, PetPeople, PizzaFire and The Joint Chiropractic open now. ProMedica Urgent Care and Citizens Bank are slated to follow soon, with an opening date of August 2017 for ProMedica Urgent Care and September 2017 for Citizen’s Bank.
lululemon, a healthy lifestyle inspired athletic apparel company, and Jersey Mike’s have also joined the lineup at the diverse, mixed-use retail hub. The 1,667-square-foot lululemon store will be located next to Citizens Bank and First Watch. Both businesses are anticipated to open in early fall 2017.

“Our goal was to create a unique and distinctive mix that would complement Whole Foods Market 365, one of the first in the nation,” said Justin Latone, a director of leasing for S.J. Collins Enterprises. “The high-level upscale retail speaks volumes about Secor Square’s location and the Toledo market.”
An opening date for the retail center’s Whole Foods Market 365 has not been announced yet. The 35,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market 365 is a new concept grocery store that provides simple, affordable and convenient everyday shopping without sacrificing the quality standards and dedication to food transparency that Whole Foods Market pioneered. Secor Square’s market will be one of the first 10 to open nationwide.
