Save-A-Lot Opening New Lorain Store On Thursday
The discount grocer will have a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. on June 6.
LORAIN, OH - The discount grocery store chain Save-A-Lot will open a Lorain location on June 5.
The store will be located at 405 W. 4th Street. The store will have a new design compared to other Save-A-Lots, with more aisle space and more "fresh" products.
“Quality food and groceries don’t have to come at a high price,” said Todd Lester, district manager. “With this new Save-A-Lot store, we are excited to offer convenient shopping and everyday savings to Lorain shoppers.”

There will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. on Thursday. Throughout the grand opening festivities, there will be grocery bag and gift card giveaways, product sampling, balloon artist demonstrations and music from a DJ.
Save-A-Lot officials said the store will offer fresh-cut meat, fresh fruits and vegetables. The store is offering a 100-percent money back/satisfaction guarantee.
