Shop Local In Avon Lake Nov. 23 - Dec. 1
Local businesses will have special discounts and unique offers during the week, encouraging residents to support their business community.
AVON LAKE, OH — Small business Saturday and local business week will collide in Avon Lake from November 23 through December 1. Residents are being encouraged to visit nearby shops and retailers during that time to support their community.
Several local companies have already announced deals they will roll out during the week. Jan Jewelers, Marco's Pizza, Peter & Co. Jewelers, Inc., Sherwin-Williams, A Serenity Now Massage Z Spa, and Sissons Flowers have all posted their deals on the event's Facebook page.
The city said that more businesses will be posting their own promotions on the Facebook page, so stay tuned to that.

Small Business Saturday, which will be held November 24, is another national promotion that will take place post-Black Friday. Look for local businesses to hold special campaigns that weekend.
