Vandals Hit Bathroom At Bleser Park In Avon Lake
The park was again targeted by vandals last week, according to police records.
AVON LAKE, OH — For the third time in two months, vandals hit Bleser Park in Avon Lake, according to police records. Damage was done to the men's restroom at the park.
On Friday, October 4, police discovered someone had vandalize the men's restroom. The toiletry dispensers and trash bin were both damaged during the incident.
In late-August and early September, two spray painted graffiti symbols were left at the park. The first incident was reported on August 28. The city's public works department found the graffiti at the park and reported it to police. The letters "SNA" were spray painted at the pavilion multiple times, police said.

Then, during the early morning of Sunday, September 5, an officer on patrol saw signs of more vandalism at the park.
According to police reports, black spray painted graffiti was found at the bleachers in the park. The graffiti again read "SNA," a police spokesperson told Patch.

There were also signs of attempted arson at the park, police records said.
