• Family dog helped search for Amy Mihaljevic, his fur became evidence in murder case (cleveland19.com subscription) — Bay Village’s long-unsolved Amy Mihaljevic case is back in focus as her father and brother share a newly revealed story about their dog Jake, whose fur later became key DNA evidence. They’ll be at the Bay Days police booth over Fourth of July weekend encouraging residents to register and donate for this year’s Amy Run, which supports the Amy Fund.
