• Brook Park council approves first steps for special uses of taxes from new stadium (fox8.com) — Brook Park officials have taken the first formal step toward keeping most new property tax revenue from the planned Browns stadium complex within the project site for future improvements. By declaring the old industrial site blighted, council can direct about 75% of stadium-generated property taxes into urban renewal there, while city leaders continue talks with local schools and finalize a development agreement with the team.
