• Canfield man indicted on felonious assault (vindy.com) — A Mahoning County grand jury has indicted several people, including a Monroe Street resident from Campbell on a firearm charge, in connection with recent criminal cases. The lead case involves a Canfield man accused of a serious assault, while others face drug, theft, and evidence-tampering counts from across the region.

• Ricchiutis honored with Friends of the University Award (vindy.com) — A Youngstown State University honor for Dr. Robert and Phyllis Ricchiuti has a Campbell connection, as Dr. Ricchiuti is a Campbell Memorial High School graduate who built a long medical career in the Mahoning Valley. Their philanthropy created and sustained YSU’s Rich Center for Autism, which now serves families across the region and offers hands-on training for local students.
