• Centerville man indicted after allegedly sharing child porn (wdtn.com) — Centerville parents should know that a local school employee has been indicted on serious child endangerment and nudity-related charges after authorities were called to a Centerville middle school. Prosecutors say the man allegedly recorded a special-needs student in a restroom and shared the video on social media, and he is currently held in Montgomery County Jail on a high bond.
   

• Bishop Watterson soars past Mariemont in lacrosse state semifinals (cincinnati.com) — Centerville’s Alumni Stadium hosted the boys Division II lacrosse state semifinal, where Bishop Watterson pulled away from Mariemont 12–5 to return to the state title game. The matchup featured a tight first half before Watterson dominated after halftime, ending Mariemont’s season and setting up a championship showdown at Historic Crew Stadium.
   

• Hometown Heroes: Montgomery County Law Enforcement Officer Memorial (dayton247now.com) — Centerville residents are among those honored at the new Montgomery County Law Enforcement Officer Memorial, which now permanently includes Centerville Officer John Kalamann’s name. The riverside monument in Montgomery County recognizes 49 fallen officers and offers families, colleagues, and the public a place to reflect on their service and sacrifice for local communities.
