"PILS" — our Bohemian-style Pilsner — pours a brilliant gold with a beautifully balanced malt character that's lightly sweet, biscuity, and bready, then finished clean and bright with noble hops. At 5.4% ABV and 36 IBUs, it's exactly the kind of pint you nurse on a warm evening when the conversation is good and the night is long.
And good news: Pils plays well with others.
 🍍 Sweet Hawaiian Dunkel Burger Grilled and stacked with provolone, warmed Black Forest ham, and diced pineapple — finished with our house-made Dunkel glaze and sweet Dunkel mayo on a toasted brioche bun. Rich, tropical, and unapologetically indulgent. The Pils cuts right through it.
🌶️ Jalapeño Pimento &amp; Bacon Burger Grilled and loaded with rich melted pimento cheese, two strips of crispy bacon, and chipotle mayo — crowned with a whole roasted jalapeño on a toasted brioche bun. Bold heat, smoky depth, and a Pilsner that keeps you cool.

About the Artist:
Paul Virzi regularly performs standup nationwide and currently hosts Paul’s Best podcast &amp; Anything Better w/ Bill Burr. Paul’s performed worldwide, including prestigious venues like: Madison Square Garden, The Chicago Theatre, and Carnegie Hall. The Cincinnati Children's Canine Comfort Facility Dog Program pairs specially-trained facility dogs with young patients and their families — offering emotional support, comfort, and calm during some of the hardest moments of their lives. Working alongside dedicated handlers, these remarkable animals help children meet real, individualized treatment goals. They bring something medicine alone simply can't prescribe: joy.
