Memorial grows outside East Price Hill home where teen was shot (fox19.com) — Neighbors in East Price Hill are building a memorial outside the Warsaw Avenue home where 14-year-old Rakeem Blair Jr. was fatally shot, as friends and family gather to remember his upbeat personality. Cincinnati Police are still investigating the killing, while relatives have launched a GoFundMe to help cover funeral expenses for the teen.

Local experts say even driving through high water can harm engines, interiors, and frames, and recommend watching for musty odors, silt in crevices, and other subtle signs before problems become expensive repairs.
