Cleveland Orchestra Wishes Indians Good Luck with Special Performance
The city's orchestra played a rousing rendition of the Superman theme. See their performance and feel inspired.

CLEVELAND, OH - If pictures are worth a thousand words, a good song must be worth our entire language. Which is why the Cleveland Orchestra's recent performance of the 'Superman' theme by John Williams, dedicated to the American League champion Cleveland Indians is so inspiring. The band donned Tribe gear and spliced together their performance with some choice clips.
As the notes come together while a replay of Tyler Naquin rushing home, slapping the plate, and fist pumping the air, it's hard not to want to take flight. It really is a rousing performance.
The orchestra's video is the latest and flashiest in a series of institutions showing their support for the Tribe. Cleveland Police jokingly filed a missing persons report for the Chicago Cubs offense after the visiting team was shut out 6-0 in Game 1 of the World Series. A number of businesses have shared messages of support or changed their social media pictures to feature the Indians 'C' logo.

Prior to the Cleveland Orchestra knocking their performance out of the park, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra played Take Me Out to the Ballgame to cheer on their Cubbies. You can see that performance below.
