• Downtown Cleveland farmers market launches as 6-week pilot after Heinen's closure (wkyc.com) — Downtown Cleveland residents and workers now have a new six-week farmers market at Mall B, launched after the closure of Heinen's to restore access to fresh, local food. North Union Farmers Market is testing the pilot with local farms, vendors, and small businesses, and will decide whether to return next year and potentially add EBT matching based on community support.
   

• Travis Kelce buys lakefront home in Bratenahl, east of downtown Cleveland, for $5.35 million (news5cleveland.com) — A $5.35 million lakefront mansion in nearby Bratenahl has been purchased by Cleveland Heights native and NFL star Travis Kelce, with local agents calling it a rare Great Lakes estate. The restored Gilded Age home, once owned by prominent Cleveland figures, adds fresh buzz to the region's luxury real estate scene and Kelce's ties to Northeast Ohio.
   

• Gavin Williams fans career-high 13 as Guardians down Blue Jays (statenews.net) — Cleveland baseball fans just saw Gavin Williams dominate with 13 strikeouts over seven innings as the Guardians beat the Blue Jays 6–1 at home. The win, powered by three two-run homers, keeps Cleveland narrowly ahead in a tight American League wild-card race with Toronto, Baltimore, and Texas all close behind.
