Coronavirus Death Toll Crosses 700 In Ohio Saturday
As of Saturday, nearly 15,000 cases of the new coronavirus have been confirmed in the state of Ohio.
OHIO — More than 700 people have died from the new coronavirus, the Ohio Department of Health announced Saturday. Nearly 15,000 cases have been confirmed in the state so far.

- Deaths: 711

- Cases: 58% Males, 42% Female
Marion County, home to Marion Correctional Institute, continues to lead the state in confirmed COVID-19 cases, with 2,172 cases Saturday. Of those, 2,028 are inmates at the prison, based on Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections data.
