Man convicted in 2012 Ohio bridge bombing plot indicted for possessing ricin (cleveland.com) — Federal prosecutors in Cleveland have indicted Brandon Baxter of East Cleveland on charges related to possessing the deadly toxin ricin, years after his conviction in the 2012 Cuyahoga Valley bridge bombing plot. The FBI's Cleveland Division, Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office, and East Cleveland police are investigating, with Baxter facing up to 15 years in prison on each count if convicted.
