Robber Hits Dollar Bank In Galleria In Downtown Cleveland
The FBI is asking the public for help identifying and locating the suspect.
CLEVELAND — Police are searching for a man who robbed Dollar Bank in Galleria in downtown Cleveland.
On Wednesday morning, an unidentified man walked into the bank and handed a note to a teller. The note was a demand for money. The teller handed over cash and the man left the bank. He was seen going north on East 9th Street. No one was hurt during the robbery.
The suspect is a white man in his late 40s or 50s, standing approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall. He was wearing a black bubble coat, a gray hooded sweatshirt, and a multi-colored winter hat with a British flag logo and the word "London" printed above the flag.

This is the second bank robbed in Cleveland in the past week. The PNC Branch at 4005 Chester Ave. was robbed on Tuesday morning.

Reward money is available for information leading to the successful identification and prosecution of the person responsible for the robbery.
