40th Anniversary Kids' Playwriting Festival To Be Held At Dobama
Eight plays written by Cuyahoga County youth will be professionally directed and performed by Cleveland-area youth and adult actors.

From the Dobama Theatre: Join us to celebrate 40 years of the Marilyn Bianchi Kidsβ Playwriting Festival! Eight plays written by Cuyahoga County youth (grades 1-12) will be professionally directed and performed by Cleveland-area youth and adult actors. Additional plays receiving Meritorious Distinction will be honored as well.
Festival dates and times:
- Friday, June 1 at 7:30 pm β Benefit Performance and Awards Ceremony, Tickets $25
- Saturday, June 2 at 2:30 pm and 7:30 pm β FREE and open to the public
- Sunday, June 3 at 2:30 pm β FREE and open to the public
**Public performances are family-friendly, with general seating. No reservations required - seating is available on a first come, first serve basis.

The weekend will also feature a Special Event on Saturday, June 2: 40th Anniversary Celebration Brunch, 11am-2pm.
Join us for an elegant brunch on the Nighttown patio. There will be food, drink, and recollections of 40 years of the Marilyn Bianchi Kids' Playwriting Festival. Tickets are $40 and all proceeds go to support the Festival.
