• CH City Council to hold Oct. 15 public hearing on ADUs (heightsobserver.org) — Cleveland Heights residents are being asked to weigh in on a proposed zoning change that would allow accessory dwelling units (ADUs) on residential properties at a public hearing Oct. 15 at 6 p.m. in City Council Chambers. The Planning Department has studied ADUs since 2024, posted research and public comments online, and invites additional feedback by e-mail or in person.
