Armed Robber Takes Cash From Dunkin Donuts On Cedar Road
The suspect pulled a gun on the cashier in the drive-thru line. Images of the suspect's vehicle were released by University Heights Police.
UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, OH —The Dunkin Donuts on Cedar Road was robbed by an armed man in the drive-thru line, University Heights Police announced. The suspect was driving a grey vehicle, possibly a Nissan Rogue.
The robbery happened at about 12:15 a.m. on Monday. The suspect, a black man in his early 20s, pulled a gun on the cashier and demanded money from the register. The employee handed over the money and the man drove off.
The Dunkin Donuts, at 13880 Cedar Road, captured an image of the suspect's car. That image is above this article.

University Heights officers searched the city, and got assistance from Cleveland Heights and South Euclid police, as well. They were unable to locate the suspect.
Police said the suspect was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, pulled tight around his face so that only his eyes, nose and mouth were visible.
