November's Phase I BOE Levy Is Not About The Elementary School Scenarios

Why focus on the elementary scenarios, when that project is 5 years away?

Here's the disconnect I'm trying to convey:

The November, 2013 bond levy for 5.9 mils will be used for the high school first, and then the middle schools. This is Phase I.

Later on, let's estimate in five years, they will come back for another bond levy for Phase II, to do the elementary schools.

I can't imagine that the 2018 BOE will concern themselves all that much with a 5 year old recommendation from the LFC.

So, instead of analyzing and sharing information regarding how the 2013 Phase I bond $ could be used, the LFC is wasting everybody's time on the elementary scenarios, something that won't be relevant until about five years from now, and will be ignored, even then.

We The People deserve better.
