Celebrate the start of fall with our Apple Cider Macaron Workshop! In this hands‑on class, you’ll learn how to make crisp, delicate macaron shells and fill them with a cozy apple‑cider buttercream made from reduced cider and warm spices. We’ll cover mixing, piping, resting, baking, and troubleshooting so you can recreate perfect macarons at home.
You’ll leave with a box of your own macarons, detailed recipes, and the confidence to make them again on your own.
