Cheap Physical Exam For CHUH Student Athletes
The district is organizing a physical exam evening for spring athletes on Feb. 23. Physicals will cost $10.
CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH - Spring will be here soon (just look at the temperatures for next week). So student athletes at Cleveland Heights-University Heights Schools will need to get their annual physical exam prior to the season kicking off.
Students in grades 7 through 12 will need to get the exam. They'll only need to complete the exam once per year, so if they play other sports you may be covered.
The Athletic Department will host a physical exam evening on Feb. 23 at 6:30 p.m., with a local physician on-hand to administer the exams. That will be held in conference room 120, across from the media center.

Prior to coming to the exam, you'll need to fill out this form. The cost of the exam is $10.
