City Manager, City of Cleveland Heights:

The health and safety of our community has always been a top priority for me and our City staff. For the past few weeks, the City’s leadership and the Readiness and Response Team have been monitoring the developments of the coronavirus and taking necessary measures to safeguard the wellbeing of residents and staff. As a precaution and effective March 17, 2020, City Hall will be closing to the public. At this time, staff will be onsite to answer any inquiries or concerns residents and businesses may have via email and phone. City services, including our first responders, will continue to serve and support our community, and the Courts will remain open for limited proceedings. Stability and continuity of critical City services is our goal during this ongoing crisis. I invite you to call us or visit our website to explore the many ways in which you can still do business with the City from the comfort and safety of your home. In the meantime, the City’s Readiness and Response Team will continue to meet on a regular basis to monitor all new developments regarding this virus. We will continue to update you on changes through social media and on the City website.
