Cleveland Heights Coffee With A Cop On Feb. 24
This will be the first Coffee with a Cop event held in the city. Residents will be able to engage local law enforcement on any topic.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH - The first ever Coffee with a Cop event in Cleveland Heights will be held Feb. 24 at the Starbucks Coffee, 12401 Cedar Rd. The event will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Coffee with a Cop is a national movement that attempts to bridge the gap between local law enforcement and the communities they police. The goal is to bring both residents and officers together to enjoy casual conversation over a warm cup o' joe.
The Cleveland Heights event will be attended by the Cleveland Clinic Police Department and Community Policing unit. Cleveland Heights Police say the event will include rank and file officers from both those departments and from other Clinic suburbs in Greater Cleveland.

There's no set agenda for the meetings. Local business owners can bring any concerns or questions they have for the department. Residents can ask how often their neighborhoods are driven through. Or you can just talk about the Cavaliers season and what it's like to be a police officer. It's totally up to the residents and the officers how the conversation goes.
