Cleveland Heights Municipal Court Starting In-Person Trials Soon
In-person trials and arraignments will move forward beginning June 15.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — The Cleveland Heights Municipal Court will begin increasing in-person hearings starting June 15. Health and safety protocols will be implemented to reduce person-to-person contact within the court.
According to new policies, the court will, wherever possible, stagger docket times, require social distancing and face coverings and use technology for remote hearings.
"The court is focused on protecting the health of our staff and all those who enter the courthouse. The court will continue to serve its vital purpose of administrating justice without denial or delay," the court said in a statement on social media.
