Update: Man Charged For Shooting 17-Year-Old in Cleveland Heights
The teenager is in stable condition after being shot Tuesday afternoon.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH β A man is facing charges for a shooting that sent a 17-year-old boy to the hospital Tuesday afternoon.
Rashad Monroe, 34, has been charged with attempted aggravated murder and having weapons under disability, reported Cleveland.com.
Monroe is accused of shooting a 17-year-old in the back around 2 p.m. on Quilliams Road near Langton Road. The boy is in stable condition at University Hospital, reported Cleveland.com. The boy was then taken to his grandmother's house where a family member took him to the hospital.
