Cleveland Heights-University Heights Schools Explain Lack of Snow Day Calls
The district says its robocall system malfunctioned this morning and that's why calls did not go out to parents.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH - Some parents did not get a phone call from the Cleveland Heights-University Heights School District informing them of the snow day on Tuesday. The district issued a statement saying their robocall system was down due to technical difficulties.
Parents took to Facebook to say they did not receive a call on Tuesday morning. Nothing vile was said, but parents were asking, "Why didn't we get a phone call?"
The district responded quickly with a statement, saying, in part, "The District sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience that the lack of a robocall message caused with today's school closing. We realize the importance of these automated calls to quickly and accurately inform our families."
