CPH and Facing History and Ourselves present this special “Book to Script” Club discussion. We’ll be reading Mona Golabek’s novel The Children of Willesden Lane, which inspired the stage adaptation (entitled The Pianist of Willesden Lane) in which she stars. With a special focus on the process of adapting the story for the stage, we’ll follow Golabek’s mother Lisa Jura in this true tale of survival, hope, and the power of music. Registration begins January 28.
