Cleveland Tea Revival Opening In Cleveland Heights: What To Know
One of the company's owners said he hopes to begin welcoming customers in spring.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — With any luck, come springtime, Cleveland Tea Revival will open its second location in Cleveland Heights. The business will fill the former drug store space near the corner of Cedar and Silsby.
The first Cleveland Tea Revival opened in 2014 in Ohio City, on W. 29th Street. Mike George and Amber Pompeii, the founders and owners, have since moved to Cleveland Heights and wanted to bring their brand to their new hometown.
The couple knew they wanted to open an east side shop. They preferred to be in Cleveland Heights and they spent a long time searching for the perfect location.

"We searched and walked through dozens of different spaces until we found the old compounding pharmacy. The building is beautiful. Our goal is to match the beauty of the architecture with thoughtful design inside," George told Patch.
Renovation of the building is ongoing but, George said, construction projects are unpredictable. George is hoping the second Cleveland Tea Revival will open in spring.

Here's what George said customers could expect when the business does open: "We specialize in a large variety of organically grown tea sourced from all over the world. More importantly we are a place where people can hang out and relax with friends, or to make new friends in a safe and comfortable environment. In Cleveland Heights we will provide a healthy menu with seasonal specials and some light fare for breakfast."
