
Bring $5 cash and attend this class if you are a beginner or a more advanced yoga student. The practices are drawn from the Foundation A and B levels, combining the energy-releasing asanas to increase flexibility, core strength and energy with classical poses such as triangle and cobra.
This class will provide an opportunity to explore more challenging practices in a safe and supportive environment, while having the option to return to the basics whenever necessary. Pranayama (breathing) and meditation are included in every class.
Suitable for all regardless of fitness level, health or age.
