Deep Stretches for Healthy Aging

Inspired by their recent Yin Yoga training with Paul & Suzee Grilley, Debbie & Mantram will present basic anatomical fundamentals and a sampler of yin principles and practices. Yin yoga poses are held longer to loosen the deep connective tissues such as fascia, tendons, and ligaments. These tissues can grow tighter and tougher with age, sometimes resulting in damage to the joints.
