
FREE to new students (Those who have never to been to Atma Center before, or have not attended class for 6 months or longer): These classes introduce different types of meditation and provide ideas for developing individual practice. The theory and technique of beginning pratyahara (sensory withdrawal) and dharana (concentration) are taught.
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early, as space is limited and latecomers may not be admitted.
