Learn yoga techniques with a focus on preventing and relieving back issues. Modern living often causes our core postural muscles to be weak, tight or unbalanced, putting undue strain on the vertebrae. This class focuses on stretching, strengthening and balancing these core muscles, developing core strength and flexibility, which can prevent and heal many back problems. Breathing practices and guided meditations are included to help release deeply held tensions, further relieving existing back problems.
Please arrive 15 minutes early as space is limited and latecomers may not be admitted.
