Fruits and Veggies in Abundance, Oh My! is the freezing and canning workshop from the Nature Center at Shaker. You will learn how to save your veggies and fruits, making them available all year round. You will learn how to use a water bath canner, pressure canner as well as tips on canning tomatoes, freezing fruits and vegetables.
