Sunday June 23, 2013 at 6:00 Laurel and Hardy, Big Business oasis #16 meeting at The Boneyard via: Sons of the Desert
Hi Gang,
Our next meeting will be Sunday June 23, 6:00 at the Old Mayland Theatre, now “The Boneyard” 5900 Mayfield Road, Mayfield Heights, OH 44124-2905 Try their baby back ribs special and a beverage to wash them down. Laurel and Hardy enforce the laughs 80 years ago with an all “1933” program. We’ll continue celebrating the 40th anniversary year of Rick Greene’s founding of our tent. We'll be in the banquet room #2 upstairs (there is an elevator) using their media equipment. As usual there will be cake, L&H and camaraderie, all for $5.00. Fans under 12 years old are free. You can also pick your orders for the anniversary long sleeve t shirt (just in time for Summer), with the Sons logo on t the front and the boys laughing on the back. Let me know by Wed. June 19, 2013, if you want to attend.
Cheers, G.S. Flip Lauer 216-407-8468 LaurelandHardy@sbcglobal.net

WHAT TO BRING/COST: Friends, family, Cost is $5 adults (cheap!); free for children 12 years old and younger.
WHAT’S PLAYING: ! Oswald The Rabbit may be feeling “down” because of The Depression, but to get up again he will need “Confidence ”
L&H are expert chimney sweeps who run into a crazy mad professor leading to some very “Dirty Work”. Spanky babysits all the younger kids while the older kids take off to go fish in the “remarkable” “ Forgotten Babies”. Thelma Todd and ZaSu Pitts need to earn some extra money as dance hall partners but they’re “Asleep I n T h e Feet ”It’s Stan & Ollie’s first night on the job as (believe it or not) policemen and they’re on the “The Midnight Patrol”. & Charley Chase has garbage collection problems in addition to house-painting difficulties in “Luncheon At Twelve”
Hardy’s wedding day is turning into a very “puzzling” problem because of Laurel’s interference in “Me And My Pa l ”
