Mommy and Kids Yoga
Come join us for a new class designed to help post-natal mommies with fitness and relaxation, and also to provide bonding time with the kids. The class is for mommies and their babies, as well as sibling toddlers.
We will work with gentle strengthening exercises to help tone mommy's body, increase abdominal and back strength, and increase stamina.

We will also work with relaxation exercises to help calm mommy's mind during this wonderful but demanding time.
Babies will be included in all the poses, and toddlers will be encouraged to try the poses themselves and help with baby. It's also a great way for the kids to start interacting with other people.
