This one-day workshop will show you how Positive Psychology can enhance your life? Positive Psychology is a research based approach to exploring the conditions and processes that contribute to the flourishing or optimal functioning of individuals, relationships, groups, organizations and communities. Positive Psychology and Gestalt Therapy are two distinct movements with roots in Humanistic Psychology. In this workshop, the first of its kind in Cleveland, you will be introduced to Positive Psychology using the experiential and deepening practices of Gestalt Therapy. We will show you how to identify and utilize your own signature strengths to get more of what you want in life. We will explore how to enhance relationships, expand engagement, and increase meaning in your life. We will provide you with tools and applications that you can integrate immediately to enhance your sense of positive meaning, engagement, and well-being.
