Yoga And Reiki - Yoga and Reiki both provide physical improvement, relaxation, and stress relief. As we flow through our yoga poses we discuss the principles of these two healing paths, and weave them into our practice. We focus on balancing our energy on the physical, mental, and emotional levels. We end the class with a Reiki treatment during our Savasana pose. This is an active level class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience or those who are already fairly physically fit. Every third class is a slow-flowing, joint-opening Yin Yoga class, with more intensive Reiki treatments throughout class. This helps to balance the Yang energy of the flowing classes. No previous Reiki experience is necessary.
