Yoga for Repetitive Stress Injuries (RSIs) of the Upper Extremities (i.e. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome) with Karmadharana

Learn to prevent and heal Repetitive Stress Injuries (RSIs) of the Upper Extremities including Carpal Tunnel Syndrome through sitting posture, relaxation techniques, yoga asana (poses) and pranayama (breathing practices).

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga practice and bring a yoga mat - or rent one at the front desk for $1.

Class size is limited and no refunds will be given for this workshop.

Your instructor, Karmadharana (Lynda Robinson), is a yoga teacher with Atma Center who, as an Occupational Therapist, has had extensive experience working with people with RSIs such as carpal tunnel, including those who have undergone surgical treatment. Lynda will share her occupational therapy treatment plans and integrate both yogic and medical approaches to relieving and preventing this syndrome.

Continuing Education credits for Yoga Alliance are available through this workshop - ask our staff for a certificate request form when you arriv
